The 2024 GMC Sierra 3500 HD can tow up to 36,000 pounds-one of the highest capacities on the market and more than double that of competing heavy-duty trucks.

With the available Duramax turbo-diesel engine, you get the maximum 975 pound-feet of torque needed for serious pulling power. The Sierra also includes smart trailering technology to make the job easier: Transparent Trailer View, Trailer Side Blind Zone Alert, and available adaptive cruise control with trailering.

The truck's design supports heavy towing too. You can select a dual-rear-wheel ("dually") axle, and the cargo bed features built-in steps, LED lighting, movable tie-downs, and an innovative multi-function tailgate with six positions-even a work surface.
