The 2025 Buick Encore GX offers two turbocharged engine choices. The standard ECOTEC 1.2L Turbo now supports E85 ethanol fuel for added flexibility at the pump, while an available ECOTEC 1.3L Turbo is also offered. Both deliver up to 155 horsepower paired with a Continuous Variable Transmission (CVT) and standard front-wheel drive. The 1.2L achieves an impressive 29 MPG city and 31 MPG highway. For control and stability, the standard StabiliTrak system automatically adjusts for wheel slippage in challenging conditions. An optional intelligent all-wheel drive system is available for enhanced grip, cornering, and performance in any road or weather condition.
