The 2026 Chevrolet Silverado 2500 HD features an available 6.6-liter Duramax Turbo-Diesel V8 engine that delivers an impressive 975 lb-ft of torque. It's paired with a durable Allison 10-speed automatic transmission for smooth, consistent performance under heavy loads.

For towing, the Silverado HD is well-suited for hauling trailers and equipment, with a maximum towing capacity of up to 22,500 lbs. If you need even more capability, the ZR2 model elevates off-road abilities with specialized suspension, 35-inch Goodyear Wrangler Territory MT tires, and Multimatic DSSV dampers.
